Cancellation & Refund Policy – HolyMiles

At HolyMiles, we understand that pilgrimage plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Cancellation by Customer

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact details.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 30 days or more before departure:
    ▶ 20% of total tour cost will be deducted

  • 15–29 days before departure:
    ▶ 40% of total tour cost will be deducted

  • 7–14 days before departure:
    ▶ 60% of total tour cost will be deducted

  • Less than 7 days before departure:
    ▶ No refund will be provided

  • No Show:
    ▶ 100% cancellation charges apply

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Yatra registration fees

  • Government permits & biometric charges

  • Helicopter tickets (if applicable)

  • Hotel peak-season bookings

  • Special darshan or VIP passes

3. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Landslides, road blocks

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics or lockdowns

However, HolyMiles may offer:

  • Date rescheduling

  • Tour credit (subject to availability)

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable

5. Cancellation by HolyMiles

HolyMiles reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases:

  • Customers will receive a full refund or

  • An option to reschedule the tour

6. Partial Tour Usage

No refund will be provided for:

  • Unused services

  • Early departure from the tour

  • Missed sightseeing due to personal reasons

7. Acceptance of Policy

By booking any tour with HolyMiles, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
